As a small, volunteer-based team, we’re unable to respond to individual messages as our event approaches. To make it easy for you to get the info you need, we’ve put together this FAQ. Please read through it before reaching out — and if your question isn’t answered, there’s guidance at the bottom for how to get in touch.
Q: I purchased a ticket but can no longer attend this year’s event. What can I do with my ticket?
There are no refunds on our event tickets or event weekend passes. Tickets and event passes cannot be transferred to a following year.
If you have purchased an event ticket or pass and can no longer attend the event, you may attempt to transfer your ticket to another buyer for this year using our Transfer Board on Danceplace. https://www.danceplace.com//transfer/tickets/14628
Please note there is a $25 admin fee for ticket transfers.
To complete your transfer:
Please send the $25 fee via Zelle or PayPal (info@newyorksalsacongress.com)
Email confirmation of your payment to info@newyorksalsacongress.com (subject line: Ticket Transfer Fee). The easiest way is to attach a screenshot of your completed payment to the email.

If a buyer is interested in purchasing your ticket from you, they will contact you directly through the platform.

Q: What is the Performer Tech Schedule for the weekend?
All of the performance tech schedules are listed on our website under the "Performer" tab. You can also use the direct links below. The exact show order will be posted each day after tech.
Q: Do you have an “I’m Attending!” or an “I’m Performing” photo frame for social media?
We have an "I'm attending" frame for this year (we will have an "I'm performing!" frame next year as well). If you'd like to use it, you can upload your photo at the bottom of this page.
Q: Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes, tickets can be purchased at the door all weekend long. If possible, we recommend purchasing tickets online in advance here, as door prices will be slightly higher.
Q: What do we wear for the Eddie Torres Bootcamp Performance? And what is the Bootcamp schedule?
For the 2025 Eddie Torres Bootcamp Performance, please wear neon colors. Shirts, pants, accessories — the brighter, the better :)

This helps us prioritize your message and get back to you if needed. If you do not start your subject line with [STILL NEED HELP] we likely won’t see your message, as we get hundreds of messages each day leading up to our event!
