EARLY BIRD
Q: How Do I Purchase an Early Bird Ticket?
Each year we release a limited number of Early Bird tickets at the event and online. Early Bird tickets sell out every year typically within 2 - 3 weeks following our event. After they’re gone, they’re gone! Our best advice is to purchase your Early Bird ticket as soon as possible, and if possible, at Registration during the event.
TICKETS
Q: Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes, tickets can be purchased at the door all weekend long. If possible, we recommend purchasing tickets online in advance here, as door prices will be slightly higher.
Q: I purchased a ticket but can no longer attend this year’s event. What can I do with my ticket?
All sales are final. There are NO refunds.
If you have purchased an event ticket or pass and can no longer attend the event, you may attempt to transfer your ticket to another buyer for this year using our Transfer Board on DancePlace.
**Ticket transfers are allowed between January 1, 2026 and August 1, 2026. There is a $30 processing fee for each transfer. Ticket transfers to future editions are not permitted.**
To transfer your ticket:
Please send the $30 transfer fee via Zelle or PayPal (info@newyorksalsacongress.com)
Email payment confirmation to info@newyorksalsacongress.com (subject line: Ticket Transfer Fee). The easiest way is to attach a screenshot of your completed payment to the email.
Upload your ticket information to the Transfer Board on DancePlace. The Ticket Transfer Board will be open from January 1 - August 1, 2026
